FundSageAI Terms and ConditionsService agreement for using the FundSageAI platform

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use FundSageAI. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Investment Disclaimer

FundSageAI provides financial analytics, data visualization, and market intelligence tools. We DO NOT provide investment advice, financial advice, or trading recommendations.

• All projections are NOT guaranteed to be accurate
• You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
• Mutual fund investing involves substantial risk of loss
• We have NO liability for mutual fund investment losses

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform
• Attempt to hack, compromise, or breach our security measures
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of our Platform or AI models
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent our limitations
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose

Violation may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action without any refunds.

4. Intellectual Property

All AI models, machine learning algorithms, projections, analysis, and Platform content are proprietary to FundSageAI. We retain all rights, title, and interest in:

• AI models and architectures
• AI-generated projections and predictions
• Technical analysis algorithms
• Platform source code and design

You may share analysis and insights from our Platform but may NOT resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our AI models.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or mutual fund investment losses
• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or information
• Damages resulting from reliance on Platform projections

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Attempt to hack or compromise our Platform
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Scrape or automate access to our Platform

Upon termination, your account data will be disabled. You may not transfer your account to another person.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in New Delhi, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date, sending an email notification, or displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

By using FundSageAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

11. Subscription Terms

All subscriptions are billed annually in advance. There are no monthly billing options. Payments are non-refundable for the current subscription period.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each annual period. The renewal charge is applied to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive advance notice before any renewal charge.

Cancelling Renewal

You may turn off auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Subscription → Turn off auto-renew. Cancelling renewal means your subscription will not be charged again at the next billing date. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current annual period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active period.

Re-enabling Renewal

You may re-enable auto-renewal at any time before your current subscription period ends from the same Settings page.

Plan Upgrades

Upgrading from Standard to Pro is charged immediately for the price difference. Your existing renewal date is carried forward — the upgrade does not extend your billing period.
