Who can participate in the referral programme?
Any FundSageAI user on any plan (Free, Standard, or Pro) can share their referral link and earn credits. Feature unlocks are tailored to your current plan — Free users unlock Free-plan features, Standard users unlock Standard-plan features.
What counts as an 'activation'?
An activation happens when a referred friend creates their account using your link AND successfully uploads and analyses their Consolidated Account Statement (CAS) for the first time. Simply signing up isn't enough — they need to complete the portfolio analysis step.
When do I receive the credits?
Credits are applied automatically and instantly the moment your friend's first CAS analysis completes. You'll receive an in-app notification confirming the 5 credits were added to your balance.
How do feature unlocks work?
When your credit balance crosses a milestone (20, 50, or 100 credits), the corresponding feature is granted automatically for 30 days. You receive an in-app notification. Credits are never spent — the balance only goes up.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
You can share your link with unlimited people. Credit grants are capped at 20 activations per calendar month and 200 total credits over your account lifetime.
Do referral credits expire?
No — referral credits stay on your balance indefinitely. Unlocked features expire after 30 days, but your credit balance never resets. Refer more friends to re-enter the next 30-day window.
Can I refer a family member or someone I already know?
Absolutely, as long as they are genuinely a separate user with their own PAN. Self-referrals (your own second account) and accounts sharing the same PAN fingerprint as another account are automatically detected and the credit is withheld.
